I am a 62 year old artist and retired. I live on the South Shore of Massachusetts. Being retired, I have found myself drawn back to painting. It has been quite a few years since I have done any work. It's like finding a long lost friend.

Living on the coast, my decision to paint on rocks and stones from the ocean was a natural. I now have a room full of rocks of all sizes, separated in baskets by size. I can't go outside without looking at stones and rocks.

I have painted many different things since I began again. My favorites are ocean scenes and animals. They are a challenge, but one that I love.
